Curt D. McKenzie
Curt McKenzie attended Georgetown University Law Center on a full-tuition scholarship. After graduating in the top 10% of his class, he went to work for a K Street law firm practicing intellectual property law. Since returning to Idaho, he has tried dozens of cases to verdict before Idaho judges and juries. He has gained experience as a deputy prosecuting attorney and as an associate with a large regional firm before forming his own firm with Paul Augustine. Mr. McKenzie has served several terms in the Idaho State Senate and currently chairs the Senate State Affairs committee as well as numerous interim committees.
Paul J. Augustine
Mr. Augustine is a graduate of SUNY-Buffalo School of Law and a former Legislative Associate with the Education and Labor Committee in the US House of Representatives. He has been practicing law in Idaho for 15 years.
Paul focuses his practice in worker's compensation, personal injury, employment and commercial disputes. His business practice includes business formation, real estate transactions, employment law counseling and litigation, and business/commercial law litigation. He is also experienced in estate planning practice that includes wills, trusts and probate.
